By choosing to have your floor warming system installed by a FLEXpert or a FLEXboutik through a FLEXpert, you will never have to worry about your system’s functioning. We have so much confidence in our certified installers that we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the FLEXTHERM systems they install! No other manufacturer is able to offer this kind of warranty… because no other manufacturer is able to rely on a network of installers as qualified and competent as ours.

If installed according to the FLEXTHERM installation guides, heating cables and mats installed by someone other than a certified installer are offered with a 20 to 25 year limited warranty.

  • For the lifetime warranty to apply, the system must be installed by a FLEXpert or FLEXboutik through a FLEXpert, and the warranty card (which can be found in the product box) must be completed and submitted to FLEXTHERM including the results of the resistance and insulation tests carried out before and after the system is installed and after the floor covering is layed.

  • For the standard warranty to apply, the warranty card must be completed and submitted to FLEXTHERM including the results of the resistance and insulation tests carried out before and after the system is installed and after the floor covering is installed.

There are two ways of submitting the warranty card:

  • Complete the warranty card (which can be found in the product box), then fill out the electronic form to the right, take a picture of your completed card and upload it here; or

  • Complete the warranty card and post it to us at FLEXTHERM, 2400, de la Province, Quebec (QC) J4G 1G1.
